Cancellation Policy
🔸 Cancellations made under 24 hours:
A fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
🔸 No-shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total.
🔸 Late arrivals:
If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and the no-show fee will apply.
